ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

​Our accommodation conditions ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for our guests. We are committed to providing a peaceful and authentic environment in our guest rooms.

 

Rates, booking terms, included services, house rules, and cancellation policies are all defined in our accommodation conditions.

 

We recommend that our guests review this information carefully for a successful stay.

Article 1 - Purpose

​

These accommodation conditions govern the relationship between "Les Salles" Bed&Breakfast (hereinafter referred to as "the establishment") and the guests (hereinafter referred to as "the guest" or "guests") staying at the establishment.

 

Article 2 - Reservation

 

  • All reservations must be confirmed in writing (e-mail, mail, text message) and accompanied by the payment of a deposit.

  • The reservation is effective upon receipt of a deposit for the full amount of the first night.

  •  The balance of the stay is due upon arrival.

  • The establishment reserves the right to refuse any incomplete reservation or any reservation not accompanied by a deposit payment.

Article 3 - Prices

​

  • The prices shown are in euros and do not include taxes (HTC) on the prices displayed on our website.

  • When you click on the calendars for each of the three rooms or click the "Book Now" button, the total price will be shown including tourist tax.

  • For more information on tourist tax, visit the Destination Mont-Saint-Michel Normandie website.

  • They include the use of the room, its private bathroom, and linens and towels.

  • Additional services, including homemade breakfast and a pet supplement (upon request), are charged extra.

Article 4 - Payment

 

  • Payment can be made by check, bank transfer (in rare cases), or cash ;

  • Credit and debit cards are also accepted via the SumUp payment terminal.

Article 5 - Arrival and Departure

 

  • Arrivals are between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM ;​

  • Departures are between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM ;​​

  • In case of late arrival or early departure, please notify Joël, the owner of the "Les Salles" B&B ;​​

  • In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the reserved stay will be due.

Article 6 - Cancellation

 

  • Cancellation made 7 days or more prior to the arrival date: The first night's charge will be retained ;​​

  • Cancellation made 6 days or less prior to the arrival date: The full amount of the stay will be due ;​​

  • In the event of a no-show : The full amount of the stay will be due.

Article 7 - Changes to the Stay

 

  • Any changes to the stay (dates, number of people) must be requested in writing from the establishment ;​​

  • The establishment reserves the right to accept or refuse the change, depending on availability ;​​

  • If the change is accepted, a new price may apply.

 

Article 8 - House Rules

 

  • The establishment is non-smoking ;​​

  • Pets are allowed upon request and for a surcharge of €7 per pet per night ;​​

  • Peace and quiet :

  1. Some guests come to stay at the establishment to relax. We thank you for respecting the peace and quiet of other guests ;​

  2. Each resident is asked to respect each other's rhythm and to be discreet late in the evening, at night, and early in the morning ;​

  3. Please shower and bathe before 10:00 PM and after 7:00 AM ;​

  4. Please be mindful of voices and door openings ;​

  5. The volume of any audio equipment must be reasonable.

  • Guests agree to respect the premises and the equipment provided ;​​​

  • Any damage caused by guests to the establishment or its furnishings will be their responsibility.

Article 9 - Liability

 

  • The establishment declines all liability for theft, loss, or damage to the guest's personal belongings ;

  • The guest is responsible for any damage they may cause to the establishment or third parties.

 

Article 10 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

 

  • These accommodation conditions are subject to French law ;​

  • In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of the establishment's domicile.

 

Article 11 - Personal Data

 

  • Personal information collected during the booking process is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

 

Changes to these accommodation conditions

 

We may update these accommodation conditions from time to time. We encourage you to consult them regularly to stay informed of the latest changes to these accommodation conditions.
